Founded in 2007 by Fabrice Reynders, BTB Europe has established itself as a key player in logistics and IT solutions.
With more than 10 years of experience in software development and logistics prior to founding BTB Europe, Fabrice Reynders has successfully combined technical expertise with strategic vision to meet the growing needs of companies in logistics management. Before establishing BTB Europe, Fabrice completed the 123 GO Networking program, an initiative designed to support entrepreneurs in building and expanding their professional networks.
This proactive approach reflects a constant drive to learn and work with top experts to deliver projects successfully. Customer case – AkzoNobel
Label roll tracking
Objective. Oleon wanted to optimize the logistics management of its label rolls by automating receiving, storage, picking and traceability, while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and SAP EWM.
Processes implemented. Fox4Work was connected to SAP to automate the logistics flow: the rolls are weighed on receipt, validated in SAP, then directed to a storage location determined by SAP EWM. Fox4Work guides operators at each step via mobile terminals and prints traceability labels. Outbound and picking operations are also managed by the software.
Results achieved. The integration enabled full traceability, a major reduction in human errors, and optimized flows and storage space. Real-time communication with SAP significantly improved responsiveness and process reliability.
Customer case – Steveny
Centralized logistics
Objective. The Steveny Group aimed to centralize spare parts management for its 64 dealerships in order to gain efficiency, reduce logistics costs and improve delivery times.
Processes implemented. Fox4Work WMS was deployed with Kardex automated storage systems and mobile terminals to manage receiving, dynamic storage, cross-docking, shipping and inventory in real time. The group ERP was synchronized with Fox4Work for smooth operational control.
Results achieved. Centralization made it possible to speed up parts picking, use space more efficiently, ensure full traceability and strengthen logistics performance across the entire network. Errors decreased, productivity increased and costs were optimized.
Customer case – UCB Pharma
Multi-site and multi-warehouse management
Objective. UCB Pharma sought to unify maintenance and inventory management in a multi-site environment, compliant with GMP standards and integrated with SAP.
Processes implemented. Fox4Work was integrated with SAP PM and Kardex systems, acting as the conductor between tools. Technicians access all features via iPhone to manage interventions, stock, traceability and replenishment, with real-time synchronization across sites.
Results achieved. UCB now has a mobile, centralized solution compliant with pharmaceutical standards. Fox4Work ensures smooth intervention management, end-to-end operational visibility and stronger cross-country collaboration thanks to its multilingual interface.
