This section details the interfacing and data synchronization between Fox4work and the CARL Software CMMS solution (CARL Source). It covers the configuration of connectors and APIs to automate the issuing of spare parts and technical components upon the validation of a work order (WO). The system precisely links the picking of stored materials to the targeted equipment and instantly reports actual usage data as well as reorder point alerts back to CARL for optimized maintenance and spare parts inventory management.
